hef/Owner Bob Linge has been cooking at The Restaurant at Cold Spring Lodge since he and his wife purchased the property in 1978. He learned to cook at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.

The menu features a variety of reasonably priced entrees from steaks to fresh fish, veal, chicken and lobster, selected fresh from the saltwater tank.

Prices start at $10.95 and the average entree is $13.00. The early bird menu, with nine selections, is served from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. It costs $10.95 and consists of soup, salad, entree and desert.

In the summer the restaurant features a large outdoor screened in deck, next to a small pond with a working water wheel. The main dining room and bar are air conditioned.

The cooler weather features a circular fireplace in the center of the dining room.
