Rental Agreement

Rates are subject to change without notice based on prevailing seasons and conditions.

Excessive damage, smoking, extra cleaning and removal of items will incur automatic, addtional non-refundable costs and billed to deposit credit card.

Cabin Care
Cabins are your NON-SMOKING home away from home. We hope you’ll treat them that way.
When you arrive, you’ll find wood for your first fire. If you burn just a couple logs at a time, your fire will be pleasant and safe. Cabins heat up fast. During winter months a setting of 70F on the thermostat should be more than sufficient. Please turn your heat down to 50F when leaving the cabin.

Check In/ Check Out
Suggested check-in time is 3:00 pm with check-out prior to 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests should be made prior to arrival and may be accommodated at the discretion of the management. Early-in and late-out fees may be applicable if they impact other guests. Please inquire.

Before leaving, we ask that you wash, dry and put away all kitchen items that you used. Please clean out the stove and refrigerator, collect your garbage in one spot and return your key to the main office. Please do not lock the keys in cabins or rooms when you leave.

Pets
Pets are permitted, but we reserve the right to restrict the number of pets in any one cabin to two. Dogs must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Please understand that guests are responsible for any damage their pet does to the cabin, furniture, rugs or flooring and will be billed accordingly.

Cold Spring Lodge is a pet friendly property. Cold Spring Lodge does not use hypoallergenic/unscented products and is not responsible for any allergic or medical responses to the environment inside or outside the cabins.

If we can do anything to improve your experience, please tell us right away. Our staff is usually here from 8AM until 10PM unless otherwise posted. If you're not happy, or need any assistance, we really want to know so we can respond to your needs.

CANCELLATIONS

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR POLICY BELOW. There are no exceptions for any COVID-19 related issues.

 

REFUNDS Full refunds will be granted if reservations* are canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received within 30 to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be held responsible for their deposit amount (50% of full reservation amount). Cancellations received within 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be held responsible for the full reservation amount. 

 

HOLIDAYS Due to limited availability and high demand, there will be no refunds for any cancellations for Holidays** and the customer is responsible to pay for the full stay as reserved.

 

GROUPS Discounts cannot be combined and are not valid for holidays or for group sales. Absolutely no refunds or cancellation for group sales.


ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL SENT TO "info@coldspringlodge.com" OTHERWISE THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

 

ALL cancellations will be subjected to a $50 cancellation fee per cabin or room charged for all reservation cancellations to cover credit card processing fees that resulted from the customer's booking. 


*Reservations of 4 or more days OR more than one unit require cancellation notification two months prior to the scheduled arrival date, or no refund will be issued.

**Holidays are defined by Cold Spring Lodge, but are generally centered around Federally Recognized Holidays.  Please contact Cold Spring Lodge if you are unsure if your stay is during a holiday period.

AGREE NOT TO FILE A DISPUTE OR CLAIM FOR A REFUND

By making a reservation, you have accepted our rental agreement and cancellation policy above and have also agreed not to file a dispute or claim against us with your bank or credit card company or payment vendor for a refund of the payment(s) you have made for your reservation and any charges or cancellation fee incurred to you according to our rental agreement and cancellation policy.
